These Air Fryer Pub Style Corned Beef Egg Rolls served with White Wine Mustard Brandy Sauce are great any day of the year. Use Thousand Island dressing and make them a Reuben Egg Roll!
I have been playing around with various fillings and techniques for egg rolls for a while now, as I wanted to use my Air Fryer for Egg Rolls.
Several weeks ago, I had a epiphany. Just like that, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. The timing is great, since St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner.
My new Pressure Cooker Corned Beef with White Wine Mustard Sauce was a huge hit. The White Wine Brand Mustard Sauce is so creamy and decadent, it needed more recipes that could be dunked into it lusciousness.
I always suggest buying larger pieces of meat than what is needed because there is so much to do with leftover Corned Beef (Silverside for my Aussie and UK friends).
Plus, it is a very fatty cut of beef and after trimming the fat, the meat is about two-thirds the size.
I love cabbage. It is so good for the body. Did you know it is good for your kidneys?
I use raw ground up cabbage for my Homemade Cat Food. Adding cabbage to their food, really helps cats who are in kidney failure. It also helps to prevent cats from going into kidney failure at an early age. This is a story for another time….
With lots of leftovers from my traditional Pressure Cooker New England Boiled Dinner (yes, I made Corned Beef several times recently), it was time to make some using my Air Fryer and make some Air Fryer Pub Style Corned Beef Egg Rolls.
Having also just made the Corned Beef with White Wine Mustard Sauce with Cabbage, which includes oranges as an ingredient, I had a thought, I am always thinking about food.
Orange Marmalade! Oh my gosh! When you first take a bit, you get a wine, mustard, brandy, creamy taste, then the corned beef and then a sweet surprise.
OMG, it is so good and unexpected, I mean, if you are not expecting. 🙂 Your guests will be surprised. The touch of orangey sweetness inside the Egg Rolls is so amazing and pairs so well with the White Wine Brandy Mustard Sauce.
[/one_half_last]Before starting to prepare the Air Fryer Pub Style Corned Beef Egg Rolls, get together your White Wine Mustard Sauce. Let the Sauce sit in the refrigerator and chill out and allow the flavors to marry.
Other things I took into consideration. I hate smooth Egg Rolls. Hate ’em.
Growing up, we always were served New York Style Egg Rolls. They were thick and crispy with a bubbly shell and a chewy inner shell. You don’t really see those on the West Coast.
They serve Spring Rolls out here. I do not like Spring Rolls at all. Spring Rolls are skinny and flaky and have almost no filling.
Make sure you get Egg Roll Wrappers not Spring Roll Wrappers. Egg Roll Wrappers are found in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.
After placing your Egg Roll Wrapper on your board, lightly brush the edges of the Egg Roll Wrapper/Skin with a thin layer of the Egg Wash. This will help to keep the Egg Roll together when you roll it up.
Shred the Corned Beef and break up the Cabbage. Add about 1/3 cup of Corned Beef and Cabbage. Then add a teaspoon or more of the Orange Marmalade.
Tuck it into bed with a blanket of Swiss Cheese.
Starting with the point that is facing you, fold it up and over the Swiss Cheese. Fold each side into the middle. The Egg Wash will allow the Egg Roll Skin to adhere.
Carefully start to roll, kind of tucking the point of the Egg Roll Skin underneath the Corned Beef.
Roll it up, holding and pushing and smushing the sides towards the middle a bit, while ensuring a tight roll, so that there is no opening.
Dot the remaining point with Egg Wash to seal up the Egg Roll.
Make sure all Air Fryer Pub Style Corned Beef Egg Rolls are completely sealed.
I like to oil my plate or board and place the Egg Rolls as I go. It helps the skins not to dry out. Use a Silicone BBQ Brush and lightly paint on a coating of Oil.
Or, use a an Oil Mister, spray the board or plate and the Egg Rolls.
Before using your Air Fryer, make sure you read my short article on how to Properly Prepare the Air Fryer for use. This method will considerably cut down on sticking issues.
Make sure never to use Pam when you season your Air Fryer Basket. It will leave behind a coating, that is impossible to remove. Coconut Oil, Crisco, Canola Oil, all work well.
Now, place the Eggs Rolls into the Air Fryer basket. If you did not brush on some Oil, use an Oil Mister and generously spray the Egg Rolls with Oil.
Make sure all sides are sprayed. Use your hands to coat, if necessary. I do.
Serve with the White Wine Mustard Sauce and enjoy!

In this yummy recipe, at the top you suggested putting orange marmalade in pub style corned beef rolls. When l cooked a piece of corned beef, l use a jar of orange marmalade in with the cooking liquid, gives an amazing sutle flavour to the meat, so yum. Try it next time you cook a piece, and let sure you will do this everytime after. Just thought l’d pass this little hint on. I’m a male who has a passion for cooking all my life. Enjoy.
