Pressure Cooker Dannon Dutch Apple Yogurt Compote

Ingredients

Granny Smith Apples
peeled, cored and chopped

Red Delicious Apples
peeled, cored and chopped

Light Brown Sugar
or to taste

White Sugar

Pure Vanilla Extract

Homemade Yogurt
Instructions
Fill a medium mixing bowl with water and a few squeezes of lemon juice or vinegar.
As you are peeling and chopping the apples, place cut apples into bowl, to prevent browning.
After all apples are cut, drain water and place in Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
Add the rest of the ingredients to Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
Lock on lid and close Pressure Valve.
Cook at High Pressure for 1 minute. When Beep sounds, allow a 10 minute Natural Pressure Release.
Divide Dutch Apple Compote between
Mason Jars
and top with
Homemade Yogurt
.
Notes
The amount of sugar in this recipe, is based on the assumption that your Homemade Yogurt is unsweetened and your intention is to achieve the Dannon Yogurt Dutch Apple Flavor. If using this recipe as a compote, you might want to use less sugar.
