  • Add Soda to Pressure Cooker cooking pot and place a Short Legged Trivet.
  • Whisk together the rest of the ingredients.  Stud Ham with Cloves.
  • Paint the Ham with half of the Glaze and then place Ham into cooking pot.
  • Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve.  Cook at Low Pressure for 15 minutes.  Wait 15 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure and remove the ham.
  • Place a little Liquid from the cooking pot and the Ham into a Cast Iron Skillet or Baking Dish.  Paint on the rest of the Glaze.  Place Ham in 400 degree oven until Skin has begun to brown, basting every five minutes.

If using White Wine instead of Soda, choose Dijon Mustard, instead of Spicy Brown.
Adjust Glaze ingredients to whatever size Ham you buy.
