Instructions
Slice onions into thin pieces. Chop pepper and jalapeno.
Mince Kalamata olives and garlic.
Cut tomatoes in half.
In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 Tablespoons olive oil, oregano and
Sambal Oelek
and whisk together.
Add onions, pepper, jalapeno, olives and garlic and combine.
Using a baking pan, pour .5 Tablespoon olive oil into bottom and swirl to coat.
Place feta into baking pan on top of the olive oil.
Spread vegetable mix over feta.
Place baking pan in air fryer basket and cook at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. When time is up, wait 5 minutes and then remove pan from air fryer.
Transfer feta and veggies to serving plate and make sure to pour remaining hot oil over the veggies.
