Italian Gremolata Recipe is garnish of chopped herbs, made from parsley, lemon zest and garlic, traditionally used on ossobuco (Milanese braised veal shank)

Ingredients
1/2
cup
Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
finely chopped
1
Eureka Lemon
1
clove
Fresh Garlic
grated

Instructions
Wash and dry flat leaf parsley.
Remove stems.
Either chop by hand or place into a
Mini Chopper
.
Peel garlic and either chop by hand or place into a Mini Chopper.
Process just until small pieces. Do not pulverize to mush.
Place into a small bowl and use a
microplane
to zest lemon.
Squeeze lemon over parsley and garlic.
Mix together well.
Sprinkle on top of osso buco, risotto or other meat.
Notes
Flat leaf parsley is the type that you eat, as opposed to using for decoration and garnish.
Gremolata is wonderful on meat, steaks and fish.
