Instructions
Chop cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces, a little bigger than rice.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper and beat until smooth
Add to cabbage mixture and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
Use a food processor to chop vegetables and to mix up the dressing.
Making the day before is even better.
