Instructions
Using the Sauté or Browning function on the Pressure Cooker, sauté the onion and carrot in oil until the onions began to get translucent.
Add the green beans, sweet white corn, black eyed peas, rice, broth, water and all spices to the cooking pot.
Lock lid and close Pressure Value.
Cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes.
When Beep sounds, do a quick release.
Notes
Serve on a bed of fresh greens topped with avocado, hemp seed, alfalfa sprouts, chia seed and fresh cilantro.
