Add mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, celery seed and pepper to a measuring cup and whisk together dressing.
Place coleslaw mix in a container or baggie.
Pour coleslaw dressing over coleslaw mix and combine well. Place in refrigerator for a few hours, so that the cabbage/carrots absorb the dressing.
If you do not have celery seed, just leave it out. It's still super delish.
- Honey can be used in place of white sugar.
- Apple cider vinegar can be used in place of white vinegar.
