Grab a block of Parmesan or Asiago Cheese and shred it yourself. The ingredient in the recipe is NOT that green can of the powered/grated stuff.Use as many Tomatoes as you like!If you want to warm up the Zoodles and give them a bit of a steam, add them right into the pot and stir.
