Generously spray one side of white bread with Canola Oil and place in Air Fryer Basket, oil side up. Toast at 370 degrees for 2 minutes.
While bread is toasting, add the rest of the ingredients, except Sesame Seeds to the bowl of food processor and process until it makes a paste.
Remove bread from Air Fryer and flip over, so that the oiled side is facing down. Spread Shrimp Paste evenly over each slice, all the way to the edges.
Place Sesame Seeds onto flat plate and press Bread, Shrimp side down into Sesame Seeds.
Cut each piece of Bread into four triangles, or sticks and place into greased Air Fryer Basket, Shrimp Paste side up. Spray Shrimp Paste generously with Oil.
Cook at 330 degrees for 4-5 minutes, or until bread is no longer soft and shrimp turns pink.
Notes
Sambal Oelek will add a bit of heat to the Dim Sum.
