Select Sauté/Browning and allow pressure cooker to fully heat.
Add oil, butter, onions, Worcestershire sauce, beef base and ground mustard to cooking pot. Saute for three minutes.
Add steak, salt, pepper, pasta, water and cream and mix through.
Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes. When beep sounds, wait 5 minutes and then carefully release the rest of the pressure.
Remove lid and stir. Pasta will continue to absorb the liquid. If necessary, simmer until pasta is cooked to your preference. Add provolone cheese and stir to combine
Notes
Gemilli is a dense type of pasta. Any pasta you like can be used. Check the package of pasta and choose the lesser time. Cut that time in half and then subtract two minutes. That is your pressure cook time.
