Pick up cooking pot and swirl around to mix together.
Put back into Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
Lock on lid and close pressure valve.
Cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
When beep sounds, wait 10 minutes (or more) and then release the rest of the pressure.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Add packet(s) of KoolAid into a large measuring cup or bowl.
Carefully pick up the cooking pot and pour the syrup over the KoolAid.
Use a whisk and combine the flavor with the sugar water.
If making more than one batch of sugar water, divide into each measuring cup or bowl where the KoolAid Flavor is and then whisk each flavor together.
Let cool for about 15 minutes and then pour Shaved Ice Syrup into squirt bottles.
Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
