Pressure Cooker Super Simple Barbecue Ribs
Out of all my Barbecue Rib recipes, these Pressure Cooker Super Simple BBQ Pork Spare Ribs are the quickest and easiest to make up in advance. Pre-cook the Ribs in the Pressure Cooker and freeze them in advance. Defrost them, the morning of your Picnic and then toss them on the grill with your favorite Bottled Barbecue Sauce and serve.
If cooking Ribs on the Barbecue Grill is your thing, check out my My Favorite BBQ Baby Back Port Ribs Recipe. Light up the grill early, grab a beer and hang out with the gang while the Ribs slowly cook to perfection. You will want to make up a batch of my BBQ Pork Spare Ribs Rub Recipe and my Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ Pork Spare Ribs Sauce.
Pressure Cooker Dirty Water HotDogs (New York Vendor Hot Dogs)
This Pressure Cooker Dirty Water Hot Dog recipe, can be made in the Slow Cooker or the Pressure Cooker. The longer the Hot Dogs hang out in the seasoned water, the better. If you are ambitious, try my Homemade Japanese Hokkaido Hot Dog Bun recipe.
Pressure Cooker Thai Coconut Chicken
Marinate these Pressure Cooker Thai Coconut Chicken Thighs overnight and then place them on the Barbecue Grill the next day. Try not to drink the Marinade Sauce; it’s truly delicious.
Pressure Cooker Pork Carnitas
These Pork Carnitas {Crispy Mexican Pulled Pork} are a great recipe to make up in advance and freeze well. Use your Pressure Cooker to make the Pulled Pork. If you don’t eat Pork, use a Chuck Roast. The Carnitas will still be delicious. Shred the meat and then remove the fat from the liquid. Store the meat in the liquid for extra flavor. The day of the picnic, just crisp up the Shredded Pork in a Cast Iron Skillet or large Pan, on the grill and serve with all the accompaniments. The Pico de Gallo can be made the day before.
Pressure Cooker Chinese BBQ Char Siu Pulled Pork
Take a change from the usual Southern Style Pulled Pork and check out this Pressure Cooker Chinese BBQ Char Siu Pulled Pork instead. The Chinese Asian Slaw can be made the day before. This recipe feeds a lot of people and is super delicious. Check out my Homemade Sourdough Buns recipe.
