This is another recipe that is one of the favorites in the Pressure Cooking Community. Pressure Cooker Holiday Baked Beans are delicious any day of the year, but are a must have, at any Summer Picnic (not just 4th of July!). This is another good recipe that you can make in advance. The beans freeze well, so, you can make them a week in advance, if you like. They go well with my Pressure Cooker Dirty Water Hot Dogs and my Pressure Cooker Super Simple Barbecue Ribs.
Corn on the Cob is probably the single best Side Dish Picnic food that everyone loves and loves a lot! Pressure Cooker Corn on the Cob is easy to make and serve at Picnics. For a truly outstanding recipe on the Grill, try my Elote, Mexican Corn on the Cob recipe. It may be the best thing you ever put into your mouth.
Now that I have got your attention. 🙂 This is not a pressure cooker recipe, but I am sneaking my Mexican Elote Corn on the Cob recipe in here because, well, you’ve just got to try it. Once you taste this Elote, you will never go back to regular corn. It is truly something special. The Elote is probably one of the best things I have ever put into my mouth!
This Crisp Greek Tortellini Salad, makes a yummy Cold Salad for your Picnic Table. Use your Pressure Cooker or make on your Stove. The Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing/Marinade can be made in advance.
