Pressure Cooker and Instant Pot Recipes for Christmas
Hi!
My dear DIL has been telling me that I must connect with your blog. So I have done it. I finally got an Instant Pot after much urging by her and her sister. I am a single woman and hope that by using the pot in the morning I will reach supper time with a meal ready.
I made my first entre last night. The chicken would shred, but seemed a bit tough. Perhaps I over cooked it But this is a learning curve I am sure.
Anyway, i look forward to all that you have to share!
Oh my goodness!! I just gained 5 pounds reading your wonderful recipes!! Merry Christmas and thank you!!
